We do not accept returns on final sale items, customized products, or gift cards.

 At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
